Advancing infrastructure resilience through EU–Ukraine collaboration
STRONGER brings together leading institutions from Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands to strengthen research excellence in resilient infrastructure and post-conflict reconstruction.
The project combines European expertise in resilience, artificial intelligence and digital technologies with Ukraine’s real-world experience in assessing and rebuilding infrastructure under conflict conditions.

The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction at UCL will lead the development of harmonised EU–Ukraine methodologies for infrastructure damage assessment and recovery planning.
UCL will also contribute to researcher mobility, capacity building, dissemination and policy engagement.
